TEAM Charter for Veterans

Bob Messick, Founder

Bob founded the company in 2008 a few years after completing his honorable service in the United States Marines as an Artillery Officer. He serves as the company's Chairman and President. He personally plans and attends the outings and works hand in hand with the event coordinators in the local veterans community. Bob has spent years navigating the Chesapeake Bay from Annapolis to the Eastern Bay and the Patapsco to the West, Rhodes, Severn and South rivers.

Lenny Messick, VP

Lenny has been working with his son Bob from the beginning of the company and attends outings bringing his lighthearted spirit. He serves as the VP and advises the company on all outing matters from decades of experience operating boats on the Chesapeake Bay from the Patuxent in Benedict, MD to the Patapsco in Baltimore and all points between.
